Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the WOW Vegas platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

"WOW Vegas," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of WOWVegas.com, which holds a license from the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. "You" and "player" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the WOW Vegas platform. "Platform" means WOWVegas.com and all associated services. "WOW Coins" (WC) are the virtual currency for entertainment play with no monetary value. "Sweeps Coins" (SC) are the promotional virtual currency obtainable only for free and redeemable for prizes in accordance with applicable US sweepstakes rules.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the WOW Vegas platform, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Sweepstakes Rules, and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or features. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)
  • You must be physically located in an eligible US state at the time of play
  • You must not be located in a restricted territory — currently ID, NV, WA, MI, MT, CA, CT, NJ, NY, LA, and MD
  • You must not be an employee or immediate family member of the WOW Vegas operator or its affiliates
  • You may hold only one active WOW Vegas account

We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts that do not meet requirements may be closed and any coin balances forfeited.

4. Account Registration

To use the WOW Vegas platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your username, email address, password, name, date of birth, and address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Only one account is permitted per person and per household. Creating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any coin balances or pending prizes forfeited.

5. Virtual Currencies

WOW Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes under any circumstances. WOW Coins do not expire. Sweeps Coins are a promotional virtual currency obtainable only for free — through the welcome bonus, daily login rewards, social media contests, mail-in requests, or as a bonus alongside eligible WOW Coin purchases. SC cannot be purchased directly. Sweeps Coins expire after 60 consecutive days of account inactivity.

Sweeps Coins are redeemable for prizes once a minimum balance of 100 SC has been accumulated (or 25 SC for gift cards) and the 1x playthrough requirement has been completed. All virtual currencies are non-transferable and have no value outside the WOW Vegas platform.

6. Optional Coin Purchases

Players may optionally purchase WOW Coin packages to extend gameplay. All purchases are voluntary and final. A 2.9% processing fee applies to all purchases and is displayed at checkout before confirmation. Eligible WOW Coin packages include bonus Sweeps Coins as described in current package terms. No purchase is ever required to play or to win prizes.

7. Sweepstakes Rules and Prize Redemption

WOW Vegas operates under a promotional sweepstakes model compliant with US sweepstakes law, regulated by the Federal Trade Commission under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act and US Postal Service Sweepstakes Regulations. No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins or to participate in sweepstakes. Alternative means of entry are described in the full Sweepstakes Rules available at WOWVegas.com.

Prize redemptions require completed identity verification (KYC) before processing. Minimum redemption: 100 SC for cash prizes; 25 SC for gift cards. Cash redemptions are processed via Skrill or Trustly only, within 3–5 business days. Gift cards are delivered by email. Redemption processing is available during business hours only: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. The name on your payment method must match the name on your WOW Vegas account.

8. The Star System

The Star System loyalty program is available to all registered players. Players begin at Rising Star status and progress by earning Stars through Sweeps Coin gameplay — one Star per 50 SC wagered. Stars and tier status are tracked on a 30-day rolling basis. No purchase is required to advance through any tier. Tier benefits are as described on the Star System page at WOWVegas.com and are subject to change. Status transfer from other qualifying platforms may be available — contact support for details.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, jackpot mechanics, or promotional systems
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials or virtual currencies
  • Accessing the platform from a restricted state or using a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all coin balances and pending prizes, and prohibition from re-registering.

10. Responsible Gaming

WOW Vegas is licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission and is required to maintain responsible gaming standards. We provide purchase limits, activity checks, and self-exclusion. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the WOW Vegas platform — including games, WOW Originals, software, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of the WOW Vegas operator or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

WOW Vegas is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the continued availability of any specific game or feature. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the WOW Vegas operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable US law and the regulatory framework of the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. Any disputes arising from your use of the WOW Vegas platform shall be subject to binding arbitration. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against the WOW Vegas operator.
